Below are the latest Syncware product updates released in April 2024:
New workflows and features added to existing integrations:
- Faire, Shopify, and QuickBooks Online: Added clear descriptions to the Swaps and Filters pages to provide more detail for how each Swap and Filter works
- Faire and Shopify: NEW feature to store parent products in Syncware in addition to individual variants/sizes
- QuickBooks Desktop: NEW configuration (Use Blank FOB) to leave the FOB field blank when orders are sent to QuickBooks. To enable this setting, enter “true” in the Configuration field.
- NuOrder by Lightspeed: Updated integration to align with NuOrder API changes
- Faire: NEW support for short-shipping and backorders (more information on these configurations can be found in this Help article: Integrating Faire)
- NEW EDI functionality to import 850 (Purchase Order) and 940 (Warehouse Shipping Order) documents simultaneously when the Import action runs for EDI connections
- New EDI Trading Partners:
- International Arrivals
- LBMX
- KeHe Food Distributors
- United Natural Foods Inc. (Unfi)
- NEW feature to allow for deleted orders to be reimported into Syncware
Updates and bug fixes to Syncware UX/UI:
- Streamlined Products page to be consistent with the Inventory page
