Below are the latest Syncware product updates released in August 2024:
MarketTime integration upgrade (more details can be found in this Help article: Integrating MarketTime):
- NEW Connect button on the integration leading to the Connect page containing the configurations required to establish the connection between MarketTime and Syncware.
- Updated the API connection to v1 for Shipment actions (Get Shipments and Upload Shipments), Order actions (Get Orders Rest), Product and Inventory actions (Get Products, Get Inventory), and Customers (Get Customers)
- NEW Get Lists Action (Get Lists -> Syncware) that supports the following lists: Payment Terms, Shipping Method, Manufacturer, and Item Category These are currently stored in the Filters Page.
- NEW support for volume pricing within MarketTime. To use this configuration, turn “Enable Volume Pricing” ON.
- NEW Inventory configurations including: Inventory Offset Percentage, Absolute Offset, Inventory Cutoff, Force Inventory, and Active if Stock (more detail can be found on the MarketTime Configurations page)
- NEW Product configuration: Product Upload by Tag (more detail can be found on the MarketTime Configurations page)
- NEW feature to import line item notes on orders
New workflows and features added to existing integrations:
- Netsuite: NEW functionality to import inventory from multiple locations. Action: Import Inventory by Location. To use the configuration, add locations to the location field on the configuration page by adding values in a semicolon (;) separated list.
- Netsuite: NEW configuration to increase the processing time before an action times out. By default, it is set at 5 minutes but this can be increased by adding a number in the Request Time Out field.
Updates and bug fixes to Syncware UX/UI:
- Added Event Logs visibility for Partner users
- Improved Inventory grid to show 0 instead of blank when inventory value is zero
- Improved Order Status table on the Dashboard to show the accurate number of orders, reflecting any orders that have been deleted
