Here are the latest Syncware product updates released on August 4th:
New features added and bug fixes to existing integrations:
- ChannelAdvisor: Enhanced Product sync allowing for size and color variant options
- PrestaShop: Improved Product sync by adding ParentID preventing errors
- QuickBooks Online: New field mapping to specify discount items based on the order source (e.g. differentiating retail from wholesale orders)
- QuickBooks Online: Added logic to Customer match using the full name and address (e.g. preventing incorrect matches on stores with multiple locations)
- ShipStation: ShipDate mapping is now optional in Order sync
- Shopify: Enable manual override of product variant items when duplicate SKUs exist
- Shopify: Enhanced Product sync enabling multiple variants based on size, color, or style
- Shopify: Accommodate Inventory sync for products missing SKU value
- Smart Warehousing: Order sync rebuild to enable all standard field mappings including SKU blocking, SKU mapping, and Unit of Measure (UOM) conversion.
- Square: Upgraded API connection (to version 2023-08-02) to allow Product and Customer sync
- Xorosoft: Added failsafe for missing required data values in Order sync
Enhanced EDI capabilities:
- Recently launched EDI connections to retail chains: HSN, MCX (Marine Corps Exchange)
- Enhanced discount mapping in ITD segment of 810 (Invoice) document
- Accommodate configurable discount (DA component) in TDS segment (order total) of 810 (Invoice) document
- Added “test” suffix to file name of EDI documents generated during testing to allow for easier identification
Updates and bug fixes to Product UI/UX:
- Improved Product image display and smoother navigation on Product details screen
- Allow multiple carton items for the same SKU on Pick-Pack screen
