Below are the latest Syncware product updates released in December 2023 and January 2024
New workflows and features added to existing integrations:
- Faire, Shopify, and QuickBooks Online: NEW Configurations UI layout with clear descriptions of what each setting does and user-friendly controls
- Cin7 Omni: Credit Notes (vouchers) now displayed on the Orders screen
Updates and bug fixes to Syncware UX/UI:
- Improved left side navigation so all integration settings are now found under the heading “Integrations”
- NEW Partner user role added so Admin and Owner users can invite partners into Syncware via email
- NEW ability to deactivate users to remove access to an account for improved security
- NEW SSO ability to create new users with Google account login
- Improved upload function in Bindings to be able to process large CSV files
- NEW functionality to force cancel the running of an endpoint if it is taking a long time to run or if changes need to be made before data is exported/imported
- Improved time and date information on orders displayed according to the user’s timezone. In addition, time settings can be customized in 12 or 24 hour format.
- Improved tracking of user actions for account Timeline
