Below are the latest Syncware product updates released in December 2024:
New workflows and features added to existing integrations:
- BrightPearl: Added a Swap to convert country codes to BrightPearl’s required format. This Swap is available on Export Orders action called “Country”. Enter the country code on the order into the FROM column and the country code required by BrightPearl in the TO column. For example, for Canada if CA is on the order, enter CAN in the FROM column.
- NuOrder: Added functionality to get parent level pricing instead of variant level pricing (default) from NuOrder.some text
- Configuration: Use Parent Level Prices. Enter the word TRUE to pull the parent level price when products are imported from NuOrder
- QuickBooks Desktop: QuickBooks Web Connector settings are now available to Syncware users. Previously, these settings were only available to Syncware Support and Engineering. We recommend contacting our Support before changing any settings on existing accounts. Updates and bug fixes to Syncware UX/UI:
- The Onboarding Checklist is now accessible via the rocketship icon on the top of the page when logged into Syncware.
- Subscription Details screen now displays Unit Price and Quantity for each integration for more clarity in monthly billing charges.
