Below are the latest Syncware product updates released in February 2024:
New workflows and features added to existing integrations:
- ShipBob: Updated to comply with ShipBob’s latest requirements for order export to ShipBob (i.e. Carrier Type, Payment Term)
- Shopify: Updated to support Shopify’s latest API release (Version 2024-01)
Updates and bug fixes to Syncware UI/UX:
- NEW Swaps and Filters pages (replacing the Bindings page) providing a simplified experience with dropdown menus for each integration that include the available swaps and filters. Swaps include actions that change data (e.g. SKU mapping). Filters enable you to sync only selected data with a given integration.
- Added reCAPTCHA to account verification for improved security
- Increased the character limit in the phone number field on the Orders screen to support phone numbers with extensions
- Improved order status values for ease of use and understanding (more detail can be found in this Help article: Syncware Order Statuses).
