New features added and bug fixes to existing integrations:

  • 3DCart: Improved customer matching to include only orders from the same source in Order sync
  • ApparelMagic: Corrected SKU matching logic to prevent errors in Order sync for some order sources including Faire
  • BigCommerce: New field mapping for discounts/promo codes in Order sync
  • Cin7 Omni: Added Kit Item field mapping feature in Order sync
  • LightSpeed (Ecom): Product listing information now visible in Syncware Bindings UI
  • Shopify: Enable automatic reduction (“auto-decrement”) of inventory for ordered items in Shopify store
  • QuickBooks Online: New field mappings for billing CC and BCC emails in Invoice sync
  • ShipStation: Enable Shipment sync to process orders with delayed Ship Dates past the 30-day threshold


Enhanced EDI capabilities:

  • Allow UPCs to be whitelisted (like SKUs) to enabled selective inventory updates in 846 (Inventory Inquiry/Advice) document type 
  • New system email notifications for 810 (Invoice) and 856 (ASN) transactions that fail due to retail partner validations reducing retail partner chargebacks


Updates and bug fixes to Product UI/UX:

  • Users now allowed to edit inventory from the Products screen
  • Enabled Esc button to close the Order, Product, and Customer details screens
  • Enhanced pick/pack feature for EDI orders enabling shipping and label printing–allowing users to pack multiple items in the same pack with one click
  • Fixed auto-calculation error in the subtotal when Order is edited or created
  • Update Product screen to display all products as active by default unless set as inactive
  • Increase the limit on records in orders export CSV (from 5,000 records to unlimited)
