Below are the latest Syncware product updates released March 19, 2025:
NEW features added to the Wholesale Network
- Independent retailers can now place re-orders with their connected brands/vendors directly in Syncware. This functionality is available only for products with existing order history in Syncware.
- To support this new re-ordering capability, we've introduced key features:
- Sales Agency Accounts: Sales agencies can now join Syncware and invite their represented brands to the Wholesale Network. Agencies can also add sales representatives as Syncware users, enabling them to export re-orders for commission management.
- MarketTime Integration (for Sales Agencies): A specialized integration with MarketTime has been developed for sales agencies. This integration allows agencies to export re-orders (including sales rep and commission data) to their MarketTime account before importing back to their brand's Syncware account for processing and fulfillment.

New workflows and features added to existing integrations:
Cin7 Core: Added the functionality to map to non-inventory SKUs. This is essential for Faire integrations that import commission and payout fees to SKUs.
