Below are the latest Syncware product updates released in May 2024:
New workflows and features added to existing integrations:
- Faire: Promotional Discount now available in the Discount field on the Order screen
- Cin7 Omni: NEW configuration (called “Send PO Value”) to send the PO from Syncware to the Cin7 Omni Reference field. To enable this feature, enter “true” in the Configuration field.
- Aleran VendorDesk: New configuration (called “Last Order”) that displays the last order number imported to Syncware from Aleran VendorDesk
- Cin7 Core: NEW functionality to round off pricing on line items to export orders. Cin7 Core expects a price of $x.xx and will not accept values beyond two decimal points. This feature applies to all Core connections.
- Cin7 Omni: NEW configuration to map Logistics Status field in Cin7 Omni (more detail can be found in this Help article: Cin7 Omni: Setting 3PL Status Field)
- Zoho Inventory: Updated the Zoho Inventory integration to use new API domain
- QuickBooks Desktop: Updated Unit of Measure conversion feature in Swaps to support both SKU mapping and Unit of Measure conversion in one Swap
Updates and bug fixes to Syncware UX/UI:
- Migrated billing and payment information from 3rd party app to be fully automated and available under Settings in Syncware app (more detail can be found in this Help article: Managing your billing information)
